Seasons of Hope is a wonderful opportunity for those who have experienced loss and are grieving to come together to share, care, and begin to discover where God is leading you next.
If you or a member of your family is homebound, sick or recovering at home, in the hospital or in rehab center, and would like to receive Holy Communion from a an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, please contact
